Pistachio Baklawah, Composed of phyllo pastry sheets brushed with extra virgin olive oil and melted butter. The inside features a rich layer of crushed pistachios. After baking, a light syrup covers the baklava. Highly recommended for all ceremonies.
Ingredients: Pistachio, Flour, Starch, Icing Sugar, Olive Oil, Butter, Salt, Sugar Syrup (Sugar, Lemon).
Walnut Baklawah, Made with phyllo dough sheets brushed with extra virgin olive oil and melted butter. The filling is almond flour mixed with crushed walnuts and toasted almonds. After baking, a light syrup covers the baklawah. Highly recommended as part of a platter of assorted baklawah.

Pistachio Bjewia PearlA mixture of roasted almonds and hazelnuts wrapped in crushed pistachios. This combination of nuts gives a majestic and exhilarating taste.
