Refund policy

At Heritage Artisan, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade goods. To ensure transparency and compliance with the regulations of the State of Qatar—specifically Law No. (8) of 2008 on Consumer Protection—we have established the following Return and Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility for a Full Refund

We will gladly issue a full refund to your original payment method under the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery.

  • Item Unavailability: If an item you have purchased is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled.

  • Wrong Order Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item or order due to an error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because our core offerings are premium, consumable food items, we strictly adhere to local health, hygiene, and safety standards. Therefore:

  • No refunds will be issued if the product box has been opened.

  • No refunds will be issued if the food items have been completely or partially consumed.

  • We cannot collect or accept physical returns of any food items once they have been delivered and the packaging seal is broken.

3. Claims & Customer Satisfaction

We want your experience with Heritage Artisan to be exceptional. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to file a formal claim.

  • Dedicated Support: Upon filing a claim, a dedicated salesperson will be assigned to your case.

  • Our Commitment: Your assigned representative will personally investigate the issue, work with you directly, and take all necessary steps to guarantee your satisfaction and make things right.
